It happens that when prolonged acne is not improving even after using a hell of treatments, you tend to become frustrated. And in that frustration, you end up either squeezing or popping the cysts. By eating right, you can get rid of those scary pimples and reduction in the formation of acne. It is said that ‘your body is, what you eat’. One of the natural ways to reduce or completely vanquish your acne problem is to eat right and follow dietary restrictions.

It may be difficult for you to control your diet totally but bringing in the changes gradually and going for healthy food options is not only good for your skin but also its beneficial for your overall health.
• Try to reduce the intake of processed food stuffs like ice-cream, soft drinks, chocolates, condiments in your meal.
• Avoid taking glycemic foods in your diet so as to keep your sugar levels under control. The fact is that insulin is that hormone which is released as you eat and higher levels of insulin may cause pimples to appear on your skin. And, if you still can’t follow it, then exercise is the rescue. If your diet remains intact, regular exercise would help you to decrease your insulin levels.
• As far as possible, eat minimal amount of fried food stuffs and refined foods. Whatever you eat; eat fresh, eat healthy and avoid the fast foods.
